Faith Formation Groups are groups that are focused on learning content. Unlike Connect Groups, they are temporary, only meeting to do a particular curriculum with no expectation beyond that. We encourage every parishioner to participate in at least one Faith Formation Group a year.
What: Symbolon explains the essentials of the Catholic Faith in a way that will inform our minds and inspire our hearts. It was filmed on location in Rome, the Holy Land, Calcutta, and elsewhere, and features nationally-known teachers and scholars. It is presented in ten sessions acting as a springboard for the small group discussions.
When: Tuesdays beginning Jan. 24, 6:30 pm in the Lower Level of the Church
What: That Man is You! is an interactive, multimedia men’s program focused upon the development of authentic male leadership. Over the course of three years, That Man is You! successively considers men in their relationship to God, to their spouse and to their children.
When: Saturdays, 7am in the Lower Level of the Church
What: Walking with Purpose is a Catholic women’s Bible study that aims to bring women to a deeper personal relationship with Jesus Christ by offering personal study and small group discussion that link our everyday challenges and struggles with the solutions given to us through the teachings of Christ and the Roman Catholic Church.
When: Weekly on Thursdays from 7:45pm-9:15pm OR bi-weekly Thursday mornings from 10:00am-11:30am in the Lower Level of the Church
What: Beloved explores the true meaning of Marriage and how to live it out together. Here you’ll discover the deepest spiritual, emotional and practical realities of Marriage through Scripture, Tradition and Church Teaching. You’ll see first-hand how to experience the wonder, mystery and joy of this Sacrament – from that first “I do” through the rest of your lives.
